Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

Before returning an item, please first contact us at info@practs.de to receive the correct return instructions and return address. Since we operate through partner warehouses, returns without prior notice may not be processed.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are no longer resalable.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., personal care items, skin-contact or wearable products) once unsealed or used.
  • Products made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
  • Goods that are perishable or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded.
